Placing your order

Checking these details is easy on our Hughes website. Just use the postcode checker on the product page of your desired item and view the available delivery dates and options. Once the item is added to your basket, it will show all of the additional services for that product including installation, recycling and disposal options.
We do! If you see a better price elsewhere before buying or within seven days of purchase, please visit our dedicated Price Promise page and provide us with the details of where you saw the product cheaper. Here, you will also be able to view the Ts&Cs as well as who we will price match with.

Mistakes happen - so don’t stress! Unfortunately, we are unable to change the delivery address, but you can cancel your order by getting in touch with us and make a new one to the correct address.

Paying for your items

Don’t compromise on the latest tech! We offer flexi-pay options on the majority of our products to help make your next electrical purchase as affordable as possible. These options will be displayed on the product page. Once you are at the checkout, select which payment option you would like to use and the page will take you to the relevant finance application page.

Discount codes

Get added savings with our voucher codes by viewing the product in your basket and entering the code into the voucher box. Once entered, your discount will be visibly applied to your basket’s total. Trouble applying the voucher? Please double check that the item you are trying to purchase is valid for the discount code.
Who doesn’t love a voucher? Our online discount codes are available on selected items only. If the code is giving you issues, it may have been entered incorrectly or your order may not meet the offer’s criteria. Please check and try again before getting in touch.
Claiming your gift card has never been easier with your new voucher sent to you 60 days after the eligible purchase has been confirmed. If you need to return your order during this time, you will no longer be applicable for the promotion. For full T&Cs, please visit our dedicated page here.

Delivery

Yes, we do! If possible, the website will provide weekend slots to choose from at the checkout. There may be an additional charge for these.
Once your item is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email/text message with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery. Depending on the courier delivering your item, you will receive an estimated time slot the day before or the day of delivery. In most cases, you can track your delivery online via the courier’s website - please see our delivery page for more information.

Warranty / faulty items

Receiving a damaged item is always frustrating! If this is noticed upon delivery, the quickest way to get this resolved is to reject the delivery there and then. Once refused, please make sure to contact us directly so that we can arrange a swift replacement for you. If the item wasn’t unpacked and you notice the damage after the delivery has taken place, you have 48hrs to report it to us via one of the methods on our Contact Us page.
The guarantee is often covered by the manufacturer and, for the most efficient service, it is usually best to contact them directly. The contact information should be in the manual you have received for the product or on the manufacturer’s website. If you can’t find the details you need, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Aiming to fix problems at your home on the first time, every time, our service team are highly trained and equipped to deal with any unexpected issue that comes your way. The items we sell are supplied with a manufacturer’s warranty for domestic use only. This is normally a 1-year cover; however some manufacturers do offer longer warranties. You will need to register your purchase with the manufacturer to qualify for the additional cover. Please be aware that the manufacturer’s warranty covers for parts and labour but doesn’t cover accidental damage.

To give you complete peace of mind, we offer Hughes Care. If available on the selected appliance, this will appear on the product page and is paid monthly, with no fixed contract.
