We always aim to give our customers the very best prices for the leading tech and that’s why we promise to price match products with selected competitors to guarantee that you always get the best price. Using our price match service has never been easier, with us currently price matching any in-stock items (and the delivery prices) against AO, Currys, Marks Electrical and Richer Sounds.
The process can’t be simpler! Just make sure that you have a shareable link for the webpage that you would like to match with that shows the retailer, product code and price. If a product is only available in your local store, we will need a photo from the competitor's store location showing the model number, price, date and time, while also demonstrating that stock is currently available. This will help keep the process as quick and effortless as possible for a smooth transaction.
What if I've already bought my product?
Worried about fluctuating prices? Our price promise service is available for all customers up to 7 days post-purchase! Just contact us using one of the methods listed below and give us both your order information as well as the price match details of our competitor - we’ll be more than happy to refund the difference! This will be visible back to your original payment method within 3-5 working days. Ts&Cs apply.

Terms & conditions
• Price-matched products must be in-stock and offered on identical terms. We must be able to check the price, stock status and your eligibility to purchase from the competitor in question. We will also price match the delivery and installation charges of the desired product.
• Price matching is available for product offers from the following list of retailers: AO, Currys, Marks Electrical and Richer Sounds. Please note that this excludes trade prices, those only available as part of a paid membership/subscription and third-party marketplace sellers (Amazon, eBay etc.).
• We do not match exclusive discounts such as staff, student and NHS Blue Light offers.
• Unfortunately, our Price promise does not apply to Games Consoles, IT and Apple products. However, please get in touch and we will see if we can match your found price.
• The products being compared must be an exact match.
• The products must be in stock with both retailers and be available to order on the same day with immediate delivery.
• Price matching is only available for UK-based websites selling stock held within the UK.
• Customers must be aware that we reserve the right to refuse a price match in cases where we suspect fraud or unauthorised reseller activity.
