The P003 is a 1500Ma power supply or AC/DC mains adaptor that comes with a 7 way multi voltage selector. It comes with 7 different voltage options which will allow you to simply twist the yellow voltage selector to the correct voltage for your appliance.
There are a range of output voltages available, these are 3V, 4.5V, 6V, 7.5V, 9V, 12V or a 5V via the USB socket. The output current for this universal power supply is 1500mA, so if the appliance you are using requires less than this, the AC/DC mains adaptor will still work.
