Just get in touch, give us a few details and we’ll arrange for an approved engineer to get it fixed as soon as possible. There’s nothing for you to pay and there’s no limit on repairs.

Brand new replacement

If we can’t fix it, we’ll replace it.

Sometimes it might not be possible or economically practical to repair your appliance. If this happens, we’ll make sure you’re given a brand-new replacement (this will be the same or of similar specification as your current appliance). You only need to pay for any installation costs.
