Unpack and take away packaging
If available and selected at checkout, your appliance will be delivered to the room of choice and unboxed, with the packaging taken away by the courier.
Please take care to inspect your product for any damages or shortages and report this to the crew, or reject your delivery if necessary.

Disconnect your old appliance
If available and selected at checkout - we will disconnect your old appliance. This service does not include the WEEE disposal of your old appliance. Disconnection services are only available for an appliance, like-for-like, with the appliance being delivered.
Please ensure all fixtures and fittings are in good working order, ie. no seized taps. You must ensure your old appliance is devoid of any water/ice or this service will fail.
If you still need the disconnection service but you need to sort your fixtures and fittings first, please reject the delivery and rearrange once the work is complete. If you accept the delivery, the crew will not be able to return to complete the services at a later date.
Please note this service is not available on hard-wired or built-in appliances, cookers, or refrigeration.
If you no longer need the booked disconnection service - please continue to accept your delivery.
Recycling your old appliance (WEEE)
Where available and selected at checkout - the delivery crew will take away your old appliance when they deliver your new one. Please ensure the item has been disconnected and, where applicable, free from any water/defrosted in advance of your delivery.
Built-in appliances must be fully disconnected and removed from the housing, with any fascia panels removed.
Please note this service cannot be rebooked if the service cannot be carried out for any of the above reasons.
Delivery drop off to room of choice
Goods will be delivered to a room of choice either by a Hughes own delivery crew or Arrow XL. Unboxing and removal of the packaging may be available at a small, extra charge. This option will be available for selection at the basket on qualifying products.
A delivery window will be supplied via SMS (where a mobile phone number is provided) or email, prior to the estimated delivery date.
Please let us know if there may be any accessibility issues, such as living up several flights of stairs, or having restricted access to your property as soon as possible after placing your order on 0345 877 8989
You delivery team will connect your new appliance to your existing water and waste connections.
This does not include and plumbing and/or cutting holes for the pipes etc.
