Wow – our North Walsham Hughes team are getting into a party mood as they prepare to celebrate one year of being in their New Road store! Originally located on Market Place, Manager Justin and his team needed more space to accommodate all our great technology and so the move to the larger premises on New Road was undertaken on 12th July, 2013. We spoke to Justin, Angela, Jamie & Martin to find out how the move has helped them and benefited their customers. Justin explained “We have some great customers and the town is a really friendly, supportive place. I must thank our customers for their amazing on-going support. We’d great success in our old shop but were running out of space to fully display our best products. Customers have told us that they’re pleased that we can now display more ranges than ever before and they can really see what they’re getting before they buy. We can now also display more of our great rental products and have many promotions on-going we have many offers which include the first 3 month rental half price. We pride ourselves on offering the same great customer service to everyone, whether buying a smoothie maker or renting the latest 55″ curved TV.” To celebrate this, the team will have cakes for customers on Saturday 12th July. They’ll will be playing birthday music in our shop using the latest SONOS wireless music system (we can’t promise what the quality of their signing is) and holding the last day of their great competition to win yourself fifty pounds of Hughes vouchers.
