Introducing the non-branded, branded cooker hood! Manufactured by CDA – who are renowned for quality cooker hoods – the Matrix MEH601SS cooker hood is one of most affordable non-branded extraction hoods on the market.
It comes in a sturdy box which is idea for bulk purchase site work – even the heaviest handed builder would struggle to damage them (note: this is NOT a challenge!)
This stylish hood comes in a standard stainless steel finish, so would match up seamlessly with other appliances. The telescopic chimney makes it versatile for placement and easy installation – all brackets and screws are included.
Another great feature is the metal push button controls which are durable and easy to use; with three speed settings and one button for the light – served by 2 x 28w halogen lights. These will brighten any cooking area. You also have the choice to either duct through a wall or re-circulate using charcoal filters; either option works well at reducing odours, steam and grease.
The ducting kit options are:
AED51: One metre length flexible hose – for standard straight out to an outside wall
AED 53: Six metre length flexible hose – for longer distance extraction
AED54: For the more complex extraction where elbow bend is required
(These are all optional extras and not included with the hood)
When using the re-circulating option, charcoal filters are used and two are required. They would need to be changed every six months based on average use. To order these, you can simply order CDA CHA17 (there are two filters in one pack).
