The catalytic coatings on the top, back, and sides of the oven absorb grease during cooking, and with regular heating to 220 degrees, the residue is burned away, leaving your oven clean and fresh.
For added safety and peace of mind, the Residual Heat Indicators on the hob visually alert you when residual heat is present, preventing accidental burns and providing that extra reassurance. The Gas Safety Thermocouples feature ensures that if the flame were to fail, the gas supply would be immediately cut off at the source, prioritising safety in your kitchen.
