The Daewoo KOM9M11S is a very popular commercial microwave, and it’s not too hard to find out why. Another clever feature is the separate start button, this can dramatically reduce the chance of operating the appliance without food inside which causes damage to the appliance as well as causing potential safety issues. The high level of power that a commercial microwave oven produces makes it particularly at risk of damage if it is operated without food inside; a situation that occurs all too easily in busy kitchens.
