By using our handy Click & Collect service, you can buy your desired items on our website and pick them up from your nearest Hughes store in as little as one hour’s time. The majority of our stores remain open for collection purposes only and we hope that this helps our customers during these difficult times. Thankfully, we are more prepared than ever for a lockdown and this time around our customers can benefit from our Shop Live service. Enjoy live product demonstrations and have one of our team of tech experts answer all of your questions in a one-to-one video call. This helps ensure that you have all of the knowledge you need to pick the right product for your household. Just look for the Shop Live icon at the bottom left of the page and check that your microphone is on. There’s no need to change or worry about what you look like as the video access is one-way – you’ll be able to see us, but we won’t be able to see you!
If you are shielding, self-isolating or just don’t fancy a trip to the shop, our home delivery services are running as normal. Perfect for larger items, we offer free delivery on selected products priced over £50 and will still offer installation services for a small additional charge.
