What impressed me about this combination oven, aside from its spacious 32 litre interior, was that there is no turntable. The system to deflect and evenly disperse the microwaves does away with the need to rotate the food within the cavity. So, no more balancing it on wire racks and trying to squeeze everything onto a round dish – superb!
If you feel the interior it is perfectly smooth which means that food doesn’t stick to the cavity, making it really easy to keep clean. A credible spray cleaner will help to keep it pristine and takes most of the effort away, which definitely makes it a worthwhile additional purchase – The Professional Oven Care Pack comes highly recommended.
The bright white LED lights illuminate the interior when it is in use and use very little electricity, so will last longer than a conventional light bulb.
This oven is FAST, EFFICIENT and CONTROLLABLE with its 1000watt induction technology. Whether you need to gently warm food through, cook quickly or simply defrost food, it won’t blast the food as with a conventional microwave and the six power levels deliver just what you want.
As an oven, it will heat from 100 degrees up to 230 degrees. You can simply add microwave power for quicker results then switch to grill for that crispy topping. The simple design means you just press the oven, microwave or grill buttons for your desired setting.
How to use it
To microwave simply pop your food on the ceramic oven floor (in an appropriate microwave-safe dish / plate). To use the convection oven you can use any of the three height positions on one or more of the oven shelves; one enamelled, one glass and a wired shelf with isolators on the sides
Obviously, you must not use the enamel shelf when microwaving, however you can use the other two when using the oven and the microwave on a medium setting.
