This stylishly built under-counter cooler comes with an easy to operate electronic temperature control panel, featuring a red LED digital display. It allows a broad range of temperatures to choose from depending on the contents, starting at 5°c and running up to 22°c. With the ability to operate at different temperatures in the cooler’s zones, you can store red, white and rose wines at the correct temperatures.
For best results we recommend the optimum temperatures for your wines as follows:-
- White wines should be kept at a range between 7°c to 10°c
- Red wines should be kept at a range between 10°c to 18°c
- Rosé wines should be kept at a range between 7°c to 13°c
The slim, space-saving design makes it a great addition, especially to smaller kitchens that may not have the space to support a larger unit. For added flexibility the front panel glass door is fully reversible, allowing it to be worked into most kitchen spaces – an ideal feature if the hinge placement is an issue. A soft white light is used to fill the interior of the appliance, providing a warm ambiance in the kitchen.
The front panel is made from UV protected smoke toughened glass, meaning that your wine will be unaffected by exterior light sources such as sunlight, which can cause the flavour of the wine to be altered and degraded. Thanks to its temperature memory function, the CDA wine cooler is also able to remember which temperatures you’ve entered, saving you the hassle of having to re-enter information should you experience a power outage. The compressors are mounted as to not disturb the wine with vibrations which can also cause the wine discomfort, thereby altering the flavour.
