The mixer uses an unconventional bowl sweeping motion which Bosch have dubbed “3D Planetary Mixing” – the mixing tool moves in three dimensions at all times ensuring all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed. This process also means there won’t be any cake mixture left around the bowl.
When in operation the MUM52120GB is safely stuck to your work surface using rubber suction feet for added stability and when you’re finished, the power cable can retract inside the machine in a way similar to the power cable on a vacuum cleaner. The tools and shredding discs can be neatly packed away in the supplied accessory bag which in turn is designed to fit in the mixing bowl for storage.
