This Chocolate Fudge Brownie recipe is a must try at home, making the perfect treat for all the family to enjoy. Couple it with seasonal fruit and a glass of light vanilla milkshake to add even more excitement to the dish!

Ingredients
Main
- 150g unsalted butter
- 250g dark chocolate
- 100g plain flour
- 175 caster sugar
- 3 whole free range eggs
- 200g white chocolate pellets
- 1 orange fine zest
Sauce
- 100g double cream
- 100g dark chocolate
- 60g salted butter
Method
Brownie
- Melt the chocolate and butter in a bowl over a pan of boiling water, ensuring the chocolate doesn’t over lap the pan edge
- Lightly whisk the eggs, zest and caster sugar
- Add the melted chocolate and butter, then gently whisk in
- Mix the flour and white chocolate together, add this to the chocolate and egg mix
- Pour the mixture into a baking tray lined with parchment paper and place in oven at 160°c (fan assisted) for 30 minutes
- Allow to cool for 15-20 minutes before cutting
Fudge Sauce
- In a pan, warm 100g double cream
- When it’s warm add 100g dark chocolate and allow to melt
- Add 60g salted butter and allow to melt
- Let the sauce cool to room temperature before serving to gain correct consistency
Presentation
- Cut into desired shape and garnish with seasonal fruit
- Best consumed at room temperature or slightly warm
