Our team at Thetford are stepping up to take part in the Ride For Life charity event for East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH) taking place on Sunday June 14th.
EACH does an amazing job in caring for and supporting children and young people with life-threatening conditions, along with their families, and the importance of this support cannot be underestimated. Hughes are committed to supporting local charities, and we are delighted to be taking part in the Ride for Life, and doing all we can to raise funds and awareness. Whatever you can donate will be gratefully received, however small, so please support us !
The Event takes place at Mayday Field on the B1106 near Elveden and will have hundreds of people cycling or walking for the charity. Hughes staff from our Thetford branch will be doing the 6-mile walk to raise much needed funds for this very worthwhile cause.
So far Robert Hughes (Hughes Managing Director) has very kindly agreed to donate £200 to the cause and by accepting donations and sponsorships in store, they have already raised a total of £500!
