Hotpoint’s Ultima TCUD97B6 9kg capacity condenser tumble dryer features a ‘soft-motion’ motor that rotates at different speeds, giving users access to a wider range of drying programs.
Turbo Dry, Dark Cycle and Less Fluff programs are designed to keep colours strong and fabrics in top condition, while an anti-allergy cycle uses heat to eliminate allergens and the dryer. It also has a Set and Forget function with seven options that uses sensors inside the drum to monitor moisture and temperature.
The machine comes equipped with a water bottle that collects the water from the drying process, so that it can be recycled for uses such as ironing or watering plants. Meanwhile, the My Cycle memory allows the user to save their settings to be recalled at the touch of a button.
According to Hotpoint, this machine will complement its Ultima washing machines as each has opposite-facing door openings to allow for easy transfer of clothes from washer to dryer. It retails for around £389.99.
